Senior Quantity Surveyor - Lead on Major Data Centre

O'Neill and Brennan is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team on a major data centre project in the Northern Home Counties. The role offers a salary of £80,000-£95,000 plus £5,000 car allowance, discretionary bonus and full benefits, with a project value of £2bn+ and substantial career progression.

You will manage key packages, procure subcontractors, monitor costs and work closely with project teams to deliver the scheme and maximise value for the client.
