• Oversee project costs from initial estimates to final accounts, ensuring financial efficiency throughout.

• Prepare and manage budgets for subcontractors and preliminary works.

• Conduct detailed contract reviews and manage the procurement of subcontractors.

• Submit and negotiate monthly valuations to ensure accurate and timely payments.

• Handle project variations and maintain comprehensive documentation.
