(Senior) Quality Manager - Data Analytics & AI (f/m/d)

AUFGABEN

• Designing and executing structured test plans to ensure complex, AI-driven applications meet high-quality standards and deliver reliable results.
• Applying suitable testing strategies for AI and machine learning components, including handling data-driven systems and non-deterministic behavior.
• Developing and maintaining scalable test automation and frameworks to optimize coverage, efficiency, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborating with team members across disciplines to conduct test analysis and identify testing needs early in the development process.
• Evolving and taking ownership of the overall test strategy, coordinating testing efforts across team boundaries to ensure alignment and consistent quality standards.
• Driving collaboration and continuous improvement by actively sharing knowledge within the team, across the broader quality engineering community, and through cooperation with Enterprise IT.

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Quality or Test Engineering are expected; an ISTQB certification is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience in agile, team-based environments is required, with the ability to contribute to both team velocity and quality assurance.
• Proficient coding skills in Python are required to develop reliable test automation, define clear acceptance criteria, efficiently identify defects, and create meaningful quality metrics
• Familiarity with modern test automation frameworks and tools is highly valued, as well as experience with Azure DevOps for planning, test management, and CI/CD integration.
• A proven track record of defining test strategies, quality standards, and coordinating testing efforts across teams or releases is considered a strong asset.
• Exposure to AI-related or data-centric testing scenarios is considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and German
