£51,000 - £55,000 + Car/Car Allowance
Full-time | Hybrid - Site travel across UK up to 2 days/week and head office in Watford

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quality Engineer to join a growing team delivering critical infrastructure projects across the UK. This Watford-based role offers a chance to play a key part in shaping quality assurance and control across multiple sites, supporting project success from the ground up.

You'll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive a strong quality culture and ensure standards are met and exceeded.

• Collect, monitor and report quality data (including NCRs and performance trends)

• Champion quality standards and help embed a quality-first culture

• Support the digital delivery of quality systems

• Assist in developing and delivering quality training across the business

• Contribute to internal communications around quality initiatives

• Help manage and deliver the internal audit programme

• Provide interim quality support where required

• Participate in investigations and root cause analysis for quality issues

• Strong experience in quality management on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects

• Excellent knowledge of quality performance monitoring and compliance

• A relevant qualification in construction, engineering or quality management

• Chartered status or working towards chartership with CQI (or similar body)

• Flexibility to travel to project sites across the UK (up to 2 days/week)
