Senior QS - Commercial & Retail Refurbishment Lead (London)

Build People is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial Team in London, Canary Wharf. The role covers Commercial, Data Centre & Retail refurbishment and upgrades, working on JCT contracts.

You will collaborate with designers, architects, estimating teams, contractors and clients to manage all commercial aspects and ensure successful handover of projects to the highest standards.
