Job Description
A competitive salary is available plus great company benefits Location Little HQ, Park Royal

Little Moons are bite sized, handheld balls of artisan gelato, cheesecake, and ganache wrapped in a soft and chewy rice flour dough to create a distinctive snack that's bursting with flavour.

Their rollout across Europe has been pioneered by sister and brother duo Vivien and Howard Wong, who founded Little Moons in 2010. The product's roots are in high end restaurants, but over the last six years, retail packs have swept the frozen snacking category in grocery and food service.

Little Moons has rapidly established mochi, and frozen snacking, across Europe. In 2024 we generated more than £60m revenue, and in 2025 we continue to drive towards double digit growth. We are also a Certified B Corporation, which reflects our strong commitment to balancing profit and purpose. This certification means we are part of a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental impact, reinforcing our dedication to making a meaningful difference.

We are very proud of the culture that we have built at Little Moons. Not to stroke our own egos, but we are a great bunch of people - smart, passionate, interesting, and funny - who work hard to support and live our values, all the while keeping our mission in our forethoughts.

The role

We are looking for a detail driven Senior QA Technician to help safeguard Food Safety, Quality and Health & Safety standards across our site. Reporting to the Senior QA Manager, you'll champion GMP, monitor procedures and CCPs, and review daily production records to keep everything audit ready. You'll use site data to give clear, practical advice to Technical and Operations leaders, and when something's off spec, you'll own the non conformance process investigating root causes and guiding corrective actions. If you enjoy partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering and Technical teams, turning insights into decisions, and lifting product and process quality every day, this role is a great fit.

Responsibilities
  • Understand, observe, and ensure compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety rules, promoting a safe working environment for self and others.
  • Monitor operational procedures, guidelines, and GMP, advising Manufacturing, Engineering, and Technical management where products or activities fall outside defined parameters or where improvements can be made.
  • Evaluate site data and provide informed advice to Technical and Operations Management to support sound business decisions.
  • Take full responsibility for actioning non conforming products in line with company procedures, including root cause investigation.
  • Review production and Critical Control Point (CCP) paperwork daily to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to the Brighter Future Sustainability Strategy and company's linked OKRs. Support your function and any direct report(s) to contribute too.
Qualifications
  • Experience in QA role within food manufacturing and a strong interest in quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and their application within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analysis skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Confident communicator who can liaise effectively with colleagues across all departments.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self motivated and flexible attitude.
  • IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
