They're hiring a Senior QA Consultant for a 6-month contract to support a major enterprise transformation programme. The role is hybrid, with occasional onsite work in Windsor. You'll lead the definition and implementation of quality assurance processes, frameworks, and governance across multiple Agile workstreams-making a direct impact on the success of a fast-paced, high-impact programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement QA frameworks, strategies, and test plans for large-scale transformation programmes.
• Lead the development and execution of both manual and automated testing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement across QA practices, including test automation and release lifecycle enhancements.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed quality early in the delivery lifecycle.
• Support documentation, training, and knowledge sharing across QA teams and stakeholders.
• Analyse testing metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise quality assurance performance.

Skills/Must have:

• Strong experience in quality assurance and software testing.
• Demonstrate strong experience in enterprise-level QA design, strategy, and governance.
• Be proficient in tools such as HP Quality Center/ALM, with solid automation knowledge.
• Understand frameworks such as CMMI, TMMi, or ITIL for process improvement.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
• Be adaptable and proactive in identifying risks and proposing quality-focused solutions.
