Vickerstock are excited to be partnered with our award-winning FMCG client, who are seeking an experienced Senior QA / Quality Supervisor to join their team at their state-of-the-art facility in Ballyconnell.

The Ballyconnell site is continuing to expand, making this an exciting time to join the business, with potential opportunities for further career progression as the Quality function grows.

The Role

• Supporting the Quality Manager with the day-to-day Quality function
• Ensuring products meet customer, legal and quality requirements
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Investigating quality issues, non-conformances and complaints
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Working closely with Production and Operations
• Supporting and developing members of the Quality team
• Maintaining quality documentation and standards

About You

• Experience within an FMCG/food manufacturing environment
• Strong auditing experience
• Previous experience within a Quality function
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Leadership qualities and a desire to develop
• Looking to progress your career within Quality
