Senior PvP Manager

Incursio is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior PvP Manager to lead the network's PvP division. This is a senior leadership position within Minecraft Operations, responsible for the strategy, management, and long term development of every PvP focused gamemode across the network.

Rather than managing a single server, you'll oversee the entire PvP ecosystem. This includes working with gamemode managers, coordinating staff, improving gameplay systems, maintaining competitive integrity, and ensuring every PvP experience delivers a high standard of quality.

As our PvP division grows, you'll help shape the direction of gamemodes such as Modern Practice, BoxPvP, KitPvP, and future competitive experiences. You'll work closely with Minecraft Operations, Development, Community, and Growth to deliver engaging content, balance updates, seasonal releases, and long term player retention.

We're looking for someone who understands what makes competitive Minecraft enjoyable. Whether it's balancing kits, refining matchmaking, designing progression, analysing player feedback, or leading a team, you'll play a key role in building one of the network's core pillars.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of modern Minecraft PvP (1.21+)
• Experience with competitive PvP communities or servers
• Leadership and team management experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to plan and coordinate long term projects
• Understanding of gameplay balancing and player progression
• Lead and manage Incursio's PvP division.
• Oversee managers responsible for individual PvP gamemodes.
• Maintain high standards for gameplay quality and competitive integrity.
• Plan and coordinate updates, seasonal content, and new features.
• Work with Development on gameplay systems, plugins, and improvements.
• Review player feedback and use data to improve the player experience.
• Coordinate PvP events, tournaments, and competitive initiatives.
• Support, mentor, and develop PvP staff and managers.
• Help define the long term vision and roadmap for PvP across the network.
