Senior Property Paralegal - Housing Regeneration

Forbes Solicitors LLP is inviting applications for a Senior Paralegal to join our Housing and Regeneration (Property) team at Gordon House Office. The role is full-time, 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

You will handle home ownership transactions for social housing clients, including shared ownership and open market plots, with a focus on quality, deadlines, and professional service. CILEX Level 3 paralegal or Level 5 pathways considered depending on experience.
