Senior Property Maintenance & Major Works Lead

Curo is seeking a senior leader to head a team of Project Surveyors in the Specialist Works unit. You will drive delivery of major repairs and complex projects, ensure damp and mould remediation excellence, and govern budgets of £5m+ per year.

The role focuses on safe, affordable, and warmly homes for residents. You'll lead performance reviews, foster collaboration across the business, and own surveying quality on all projects from start to finish.
