Senior Property & Treaty Lead - Exposure Modelling & Team Lead

Chaucer Syndicates Ltd is recruiting for an Exposure Management Lead to supervise Senior Analysts and Analysts across Property and Treaty classes. The role is a fixed-term maternity cover with senior oversight of modelling, data accuracy, and engagement with underwriters.

You will lead modelling efforts, drive optimisation, and mentor the team while coordinating with the Portfolio Manager and R&D to validate models and appetites.
