Senior Project Worker - Supported Living

Swanton Care & Community Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Worker for a Supported Living service in Middlesbrough. The role involves leading shifts, delivering practical and emotional support, and promoting independence for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.

You will work 36 hours per week across days, evenings and nights, including weekends, with training provided to meet needs. A driver's licence is desirable. We do not offer sponsorship.
