Senior Project Portfolio Manager - Defence PMO Leader

AEIL is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead a multi-project portfolio in Derby or Newcastle, delivering mission-critical outcomes with precision, accountability and innovation. The role focuses on shaping capability across the business and aligning delivery with AEIL's growth objectives.

You will influence strategic outcomes, manage projects and PMO activities, and provide strategic advice to the Defence Programme Manager while championing governance and performance reporting.
