The RoleA well-respected Building Services Contractor is seeking a Senior M&E Project Manager to lead a flagship commercial decarbonisation and refurbishment project in Central London. This senior role sits within a growing division delivering major commercial, plant replacement and shell & core projects for prominent main contractors.
As Senior M&E Project Manager, you will take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring technical excellence, commercial control, and seamless integration of mechanical and electrical packages. Responsibilities include:
- Leading the M&E delivery strategy from pre-construction to handover
- Managing project teams, subcontractors, and internal engineering resources
- Building strong working relationships with main contractors and clients
- Overseeing design coordination, technical submissions, and change management
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and programme performance
- Driving commissioning and project closeout
