Senior Project Manager (Developer) - North Dublin
€100-115k + transport/allowance + bonuses
Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of high-density apartment and housing developments from pre-construction through to handover.
- Programme and commercial management, subcontractor coordination, design oversight, quality assurance, and health & safety compliance.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years' construction project management experience
- Tier 1 / Tier 2 main contractor background
- Experience managing €10m-€50m residential projects
