Senior Project Manager (Associate)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager who brings a strong foundation in delivery coordination, team facilitation, and stakeholder management, while also possessing business analysis and product ownership capabilities. This is a hybrid role that ensures timely and high-quality delivery of reporting solutions in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. You will be responsible for planning and managing the end-to-end delivery process: organizing Agile ceremonies, ensuring team alignment, tracking progress, managing risks, and facilitating collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders. In addition, you'll support requirement gathering and help shape deliverables that meet strategic reporting needs for leadership across international markets.

Must-have skills and experience:

1. Proven experience as a Senior Agile Project Manager
2. Strong business analysis background - ability to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
3. Experience leading workshops and facilitating stakeholder discussions
4. Knowledge of reporting and analytics processes (Power BI, data platforms, KPIs)
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including working with non-technical users
6. Experience coordinating distributed teams across different time zones and cultures
7. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
8. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
9. Thrives in high-pressure project phases, balancing competing priorities while guiding teams calmly and effectively
10. Adapts quickly to shifting requirements and unexpected challenges, ensuring project continuity and timely delivery
