Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team AI projects including distributed systems, platforms, and AI/ML solutions
• Drive alignment on technical strategy with bp strategy, trade-offs, and delivery priorities based on commercial impact for bp
• Manage dependencies across technical and business teams, platforms, and external integrations
• Collaborate with technical experts to translate complex technical concepts into program-level strategies
• Identify and mitigate risks related to scalability, performance, reliability, security and commercial outcomes
• Define and track project goals, targets, and success metrics
• Communicate complex technical programs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Influence senior leadership decisions through data-driven insights and reasoning

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience of project management, technical program management, or related roles
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-team projects
• Familiarity with the AI/ML lifecycle (model training, deployment, monitoring, MLOps) and AI/ML-based products or platforms
• Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall techniques (i.e PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum)
• Experience in highly regulated or complex domains (e.g., FinTech, healthcare, insurance, Energy Sector)
• Experience as software engineer with hands-on experience in building complex systems
