Senior Project Manager

PURPOSE: Lead the project on the ground to safely and efficiently deliver the project on time to budget

Key Responsibilities

• Management of works on site to ensure they are carried out safely
• Oversee the Electrical and Mechanical Project Managers responsibilities
• Continually monitoring works to ensure they are carried out to the RAMS and address where necessary
• Ensure works are carried out to the specification and quality records are in place to demonstrate such
• Programme the works
• Compile and manage the project budget
• Keeping up to date records for works undertaken
• Continually improving performance on site to maximise output safely
• Lead on site to embody the H&S ethos of the business is embraced by the site personnel
• Lead meetings and articulate the issues found on site

Success Measures

• Zero incidents on site
• Works are planned and carried out efficiently
• Ensure good client and project team relationship
• Building a relationship with our supply chain to emboss a team ethos
• Build a relationship with the client's management team on site to win confidence on how the works are carried out daily
• Develop and encourage the team to improve and progress through the organisation

Qualifications

• SMSTS
• 3rd Level Project Management / Civil Engineering Degree/MSc
• Temporary Works Co Ordinator
• Asbestos Awareness
• Lifting Supervisor
• Clean driving license
• MS Office literate
