Senior Project Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a specialist engineering and manufacturing business delivering complex, high-value projects. This role will lead the successful delivery of multiple or large-scale projects, ensuring strong commercial performance, effective stakeholder engagement and full alignment with business objectives across the project lifecycle.

This position would suit a highly experienced Project Manager with a background delivering complex engineering or infrastructure projects who enjoys operating at both a strategic and operational level. It will appeal to someone who is confident managing P&L, leading teams and engaging with senior stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

• Lead the delivery of complex or multiple concurrent projects from order through to completion
• Take full ownership of project P&L, including cost control, forecasting and commercial performance
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a key client interface
• Establish robust governance, risk management and reporting structures across projects
• Lead, mentor and develop Project Managers and wider project teams

In return you'll receive a salary of £55k-£65k depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension (5% employer contribution), Medicash healthcare, life assurance, gainshare scheme and additional benefits.
