Senior Project Manager

Overview

Our client is a leading international consultancy delivering some of the world's most impactful project and programmes across real estate, infrastructure and energy.

Due to an increase in their workload, our client is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their team based in either Leeds or Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Work on a diverse workload with commissions valued between £0.5m and £20m+ in the Development, Property, Defence, Education or Central or Local Government sectors, based within the North Region and Nationally.
• Deliver pre- or post-contract project management services effectively to Clients.
• Engage with both public and private sector clients.
• Progression through specialist training and development programmes aligned with your ambitions.

Qualifications

• A relevant construction qualification and/or working towards professional membership of a recognized institution, such as APM, CIOB or RICS.
• Experience in pre- or post-contract project management responsibilities and the ability to deliver this service to Clients.
• Knowledge of both public and private sector clients.
• Previous experience working either for another consultancy or within a client-side role is desirable.
• Experience on defence projects or within the public sector is preferred; security clearance already obtained or willingness to pass.
