Job Description

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team and make some excellent work. You'll help us deliver a Global Brand Advocacy initiative for one of the best-known technology brands in the world.

As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from scoping to execution. You will ensure the work is of the highest standard, fulfilling the brief, delivered on time and within budget. To do this, you will work collaboratively with a Project Director, Business Leadership, Strategy, Creative and other Dentsu departments, external agencies, and clients.

In addition, you will own project finances, resource planning, and capacity management-helping to ensure projects are effectively resourced, and capacity is managed for the varied roles within the agency team.

Life as a Senior Project Manager at Dentsu Creative

  • From brief to delivery, Senior Project Managers are the glue that keeps the agency moving. You'll be the main contact for Strategy, Creative, Design, Business Leadership, and Finance
  • Liaising with clients and Dentsu teams to lead project scope and deliverables
  • Monitoring project finances, flagging risks and resource issues early to maintain profitability and budget control
  • Owning project documentation such as SOWs, cost estimates, timing plans, and production schedules, ensuring adherence to agency processes
  • Driving efficiency by implementing process improvements to ensure high-quality, timely, and budget-compliant work
  • Collaborating with other PMs and resource management to ensure smooth team operations
  • Providing support and guidance to the wider team, handling ad hoc tasks across multiple projects to meet client needs

Skills required

  • 5-10 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in agency or client environments
  • Strong team management skills, collaborative spirit, and cross-department liaison abilities
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-project handling capabilities
  • Experience managing other project managers is advantageous but not essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail in project finances, with confident and accurate commercial insights
  • Diplomatic problem-solving skills with a strategic and creative approach to issues and risks
  • Strong client management skills, building trust and confidence as a key agency partner
  • Ability to represent the client confidently in internal senior leadership meetings
  • Experience with project management tools such as Adobe Workfront and is beneficial
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is desirable but not required
