A Senior Project Manager is required to work for a Main Contractor in London

This Main Contractor is well-known in the construction industry for their impressive track record that has been with them for over 40 years', they have a strong pipeline of work with one of the lowest staff turnovers in the construction industry.

This main contractor is requesting a Senior Project Manager to oversee a range of different projects including commercial office fit out, heritage and industrial schemes all inside the M25.

Ideal candidate

• 5-7 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• You will be required to be degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.
• Main contracting experience.
• A strong track record as a Project Manager.
• Seeing projects from inception to completion.
• Refurbishment or Fit-out experience is required.
• CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certificate.
• First Aid Certificate.

The responsibilities for this role

• Overseeing all of the site staff including subcontractors.
• Making sure Health and safety is up to the client's standard.
• Responsibility for the whole site.
• Making sure all of the method statements are all correct.
• Site managing the site from start to finish.
