Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, high-visibility commercial platform initiatives within a regulated industry environment. This role is responsible for driving successful delivery across complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational excellence, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise commercial platform initiatives, ensuring timelines, budget, scope, and quality objectives are met.
• Operational Excellence: Identify, design, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and delivery effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align program goals with broader business strategies.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues, developing mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Resource Management: Optimize allocation and utilization of internal and external resources to maximize program performance.
• Reporting & Governance: Deliver clear, regular status updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all initiatives adhere to applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10-15 years of project/program management experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Strong background in commercial platforms and solutions (eg, Salesforce, Veeva CRM).
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
