Senior Project Manager - Transformation

Our client is seeking a senior, hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new e-commerce project from the definition stage into go-live. The role requires strong ownership, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive a complex digital project within a structured governance framework. They operate in a multicultural environment with a strong focus on quality and stakeholder engagement.Missions:- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a digital commerce project using a selected SaaS model.- Plan, execute, and manage timelines, risks, and budgets closely with Marketing as project sponsor and IT teams, coordinating development with an external SaaS provider and partner throughout.- Ensure alignment with portfolio governance, PMO standards, and reporting the definition, refinement, and management of business and technical dependencies, risks, change impacts, and stakeholder engagement.- Oversee testing activities, including system testing, readiness, and high-level leadership through governance meetings, steering committees, and cross-team coordination involved in the delivery processes.- Contribute to the decommissioning of legacy systems post-go-live.Requirements:- At least 10 years of experience delivering IT or digital projects with a track record in e-commerce.- Ability to work hands-on with requirements, process details, and functional specifications while managing third-party vendors and external partners.- Experience in structured governance, reporting lines, and high-level stakeholder management.- Excellent analytical skills, able to adapt to technical, business, and leadership challenges.- A proactive, autonomous working style driven by ownership.- Ability to work across multicultural teams.- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Conditions and Benefits:- Opportunity to lead a flagship digital project within an environment with strong engagement across IT, marketing, and executive teams to influence standards, processes, and long-term success. jid1bff180aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
