Job Description

Senior Project Manager Sandyford, Dublin €100,000 - €125,000

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a new 15-storey, 200-unit apartment project in Sandyford, kicking off in the new year.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the project from mobilisation through to handover
Manage the site team, subcontractors and design team
Control programme, cost, quality and safety
Report to senior management and client stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior PM on large residential projects
High-rise or apartment experience preferred
Strong leadership and commercial awareness
