Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development and alignment of infrastructure and building designs with project goals and budget constraints;
• Analyze service proposals to ensure they fit the project's scope, technical requirements, and financial limits;
• Oversee the transition from design to construction, contributing to the Strategic Execution Plan with senior management;
• Maintain active coordination with internal teams, including Supervision, Cost Control, Interiors, and Sales;
• Supervise the execution of infrastructure and building works, ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality standards are met;
• Support procurement processes, monitor site progress, assess risks, and ensure timely and compliant project delivery;
• Contribute to the integration of brand and operational requirements into both design and execution;
• Licensing knowledge is valued.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Architecture;
• 7-8 years of professional experience, for project management and construction (preferred) or design roles mainly in buildings' area;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical and financial data for project decision-making;
• Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams in support of senior leadership;
• Solid background in infrastructure and building construction;
• Familiarity with real estate or tourism-related developments is an advantage;
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD;
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities;
• Full-time availability and presence in the Eastern Algarve (Sotavento).
