Job Description

A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in client reporting and onboarding to join their Business Change team. This is a key role within a large-scale transformation programme focused on redefining Middle Office operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of client reporting and onboarding workstreams within a major transformation programme
  • Drive process improvement and technology change across Middle Office functions
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT, third parties, and cross-functional teams
  • Manage multiple workstreams using Agile and/or traditional methodologies
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders

Requirements and skillset:

  • Strong Project Management experience in investment/asset management, with a focus on Middle Office
  • Proven track record in client onboarding and reporting projects
  • Experience with Agile and PRINCE2 (or similar) frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
