Job Description
A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in client reporting and onboarding to join their Business Change team. This is a key role within a large-scale transformation programme focused on redefining Middle Office operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of client reporting and onboarding workstreams within a major transformation programme
- Drive process improvement and technology change across Middle Office functions
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT, third parties, and cross-functional teams
- Manage multiple workstreams using Agile and/or traditional methodologies
- Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders
Requirements and skillset:
- Strong Project Management experience in investment/asset management, with a focus on Middle Office
- Proven track record in client onboarding and reporting projects
- Experience with Agile and PRINCE2 (or similar) frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
