Have you delivered customer projects on a global scale, using your influencing techniques across a broad range of stakeholders, with rapidly changing priorities and timescales? We have a rare opportunity at SHL for a Senior Project Manager within our Global Deployment function, with projects centered around the creation of bespoke content, delivery of training and provision of consulting support to customers. You will be the single point of contact and project lead for regional large sized customer deployment projects, working with our commercial, deployment and wider project teams. What you will be doing:

• Own and oversee strategic programs and projects for large, complex clients to ensure successful end-to-end delivery, facilitating account growth and securing renewals.
• Single point of contact for projects, working with our commercial teams and deployment teams to ensure on schedule, in budget and within scope.
• Identify risks and put in place mitigation strategies to deliver assigned goals. Coordinate and communicate cross-team, cross-project and cross-program dependencies and risks.
• Ensure delivery issues are resolved and lead on client communication, fostering a culture of customer focused delivery enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops, obtain customer feedback and act upon the findings.
• Maintain effective financial and project progress forecasting, meeting minutes and reports and instigate and manage project closure actions.
• Ensure project management software is fully utilized and the quality of the data input is to a high standard.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to stakeholders to secure an outcome, produce impactful reports to show project progress and ensure objectives are aligned to the business goals and strategy.

What we are looking for from you:

• Project Management of large scale, customer facing, global initiatives.
• Experience of project management processes, systems, tools.
• Influencing skills across broad range of stakeholders.

Desirable:

• Project/Programme management qualification e.g. PMP, Prince2, LSS or Agile.
• PM in a SaaS business.
• Smartsheets.
