Overview 
Matrix Recruitment is recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer on behalf of our client in the CoKildare.
Permanent role / On-site
This is a key role focused on delivering engineering projects, improving production, and driving efficiency within a busy manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Lead projects (equipment upgrades, new installs, process improvements)
- Drive continuous improvement
- Support production growth and new product introduction
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and support a small engineering team
- Troubleshoot and improve equipment and processes
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing)
- 5+ years' experience in project engineering within Food or high-volume manufacturing
- Strong project delivery and problem-solving skills
- Lean / Continuous Improvement & Automation experience
