We are seeking a Senior Programme Managerto join Imperial's Transformation Portfolio Team, supporting the Great Environment Transformation Portfolioin your first assignment. This strategic portfolio brings together activity across South Kensington and White City campuses, enabling Imperial to grow its academic endeavour through world-leading campus infrastructure. What we are looking for

As Senior Programme Manager, you will play a leading role in delivering the South Kensington redevelopment programme and interdependent projects across the portfolio, while providing leadership to the Portfolio Team. You will provide strategic oversight across multiple workstreams, ensuring objectives, timelines, and quality standards are achieved while aligning delivery with institutional priorities. Using structured programme and project management approaches, you will maintain effective governance, manage risks and dependencies, and drive successful outcomes across a broad range of initiatives.

Working closely with senior academic and professional service leaders, and project teams, you will lead planning and delivery activity across the portfolio, manage resource alignment, and provide clear, insightful reporting to support effective decision-making at senior levels. You will also drive stakeholder engagement, champion continuous improvement and support the realisation of programme benefits and long-term organisational impact.

We are looking for someone with significant programme management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across a wide range of teams and disciplines. You will be comfortable operating strategically while maintaining oversight of delivery detail, with experience leading large-scale change initiatives and influencing across multiple levels of an organisation.

A recognised qualification in project and/or programme management such as MSP/APM/PRINCE2and experience delivering programmes within complex environments are essential.
