The Health Informatics team has specialist skills in delivering complex, technical programmes of work that include providing secure environments for storing and accessing health and other sensitive data to support health and care delivery, research, and innovation.
The Senior Programme Delivery Manager will lead the delivery of multiple projects within our programme portfolio. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop robust project plans, drive progress through working groups and meetings, and manage risks and dependencies. Collaborating with the Senior PMO & Assurance Manager and reporting to the Head of Programme Delivery, you will play a key role in ensuring successful outcomes across the project lifecycle.

This post is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per month required in our Cambridge office (although you can choose to work in the office more frequently if preferred) and Adhoc attendance at additional in-person meetings both within the Eastern region and nationally. Flexible working hours compatible with the role can be considered (including the possibility of working part time).

Interview Process: The interview will be conducted in two stages. The first stage will be a short screening call via Microsoft Teams with the recruiting manager, scheduled to take place on Wednesday 26 November. Candidates who are successful at this stage will be invited to attend a second-stage, in-person interview at our office in Cambridge on Wednesday 3 December.
