We are seeking a results-driven Senior Program Manager Supply Chain Excellence (f/m/d) to enhance our supply chain operations with a strong focus on driving excellence across our global Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and overall readiness for the Supply Chain of the future. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing best practices to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and facilitate seamless operations across regional markets and global functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills and a deep understanding of global supply chain dynamics.
What you can expect
In your role as a Supply Chain Excellence Program Manager, you are responsible for:
- You lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive framework to enhance supply chain excellence, focussing on but not limted to Global S&OP practices.
- You collaborate with global teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to foster effective communication and collaboration within the S&OP process.
- You prepare and help to facilitate Executive S&OP meetings, promoting stakeholder engagement and transparency
- You collaborate with all major stakeholders to prepare the CTO's Monthly Business Review Meetings for the area of Supply Chain You act as the Global PMO for Supply Chain within the TechOps Organization
- You spearhead change management initiatives to improve the adoption of supply chain excellence practices across the organization.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- You possess a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on Sales and Operations Planning and operational excellence.
- You have a proven track record in optimizing global supply chain processes and driving organizational change.
- You have a strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and S&OP methodologies.
- You possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- You are proficient in supply chain management software and data analytics tools.
- You have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which is a plus.
