Senior Production Supervisor - Lean & Ops Leader

FHLB Des Moines is seeking a Production Supervisor to work with the production manager and a team of supervisors and specialists in a busy, high-volume facility.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement using lean tools, and ensure safety, quality and on-time production. The role requires strong communication, people leadership, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities across shifts.
