Senior Production Pastry & Breads Lead - Farm-to-Table

Heckfield Place in Hampshire is seeking a Senior Production Chef to work with the Culinary Director and Head of Culinary Training to develop a range of products from Heckfield Home Farm and the Estate.

You will create seasonal baked goods, lead the bread program, and ensure quality and sustainability across production, while supporting guest experiences and farm events with a strong focus on the Heckfield brand ethos.
