Senior Production Engineer - Process & Manufacturing Leader

Halma plc is seeking a Lead Production Engineer to own the technical direction of manufacturing activities, leading engineers and ensuring solutions align with business objectives. You will design, improve and support processes to deliver safe, efficient, on time production to cost and quality targets.

You will coach and mentor engineers, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain and Design Engineering to enable scalable manufacturing across products and lines.
