Senior Production Analyst

Permanent

Locations: Manchester, Staines or London

Hybrid up to 3 days WFH

From £41.7k DOE + Benefits

37.5 hours per week

Working in our UK support functions, you'll help our customer-facing colleagues deliver exceptional customer service and patient care. Your work will make a difference in people's lives every day.

How you'll help us make health happen:
  • Manage data and tools for the monthly production process
  • Design solutions for operational reporting and analytics
  • Create datasets for analytics community
  • Design testing solutions for enterprise projects
  • Work with data from multiple systems for dataset creation
  • Recommend improvements to optimize operations
  • Maintain quality control processes
  • Update documentation after changes
Key Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience with large datamarts and datasets
  • Knowledge of healthcare and finance datasets
  • Experience with RDMS like Oracle or SQL Server, and cloud platforms like Snowflake
  • Proficiency in SQL dialects and SAS
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Process change and reconciliation experience
  • Ability to improve processes with technology
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Understanding of data governance
