We have recently partnered with aleading global private markets firmseeking to recruit aSenior Product Structurer to assist with continued business growth, especially targeting the wealth market. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a skilled team with a planned roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a robust and collaborativeproduct research and developmentprocess with a regular cadence and framework that accuratelyreflects the perspective of all stakeholdersacross the business andclient needs.
• Monitor industry trendsandmarket dataacross geographies and investor types toidentify innovative new productsthat will allow the firm to grow and gain market share globally versus competitors.
• Establishstrong relationships with internal stakeholdersacross Investor Relations, Legal, Marketing, Sales & Operations to bestposition and market funds across various distribution channels.
• Keep up to date withwider industry standards, developments and regulations, attending conferences and other events where needed.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 8 years'experience working within product structuring in private markets.
• CFA and/or CAIAcertificate preferred.
