Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end product discovery, from rapid assessments through to deeper, structured investigations.
  • Facilitate and run effective workshops, ensuring clarity, direction, and meaningful outcomes.
  • Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, building trust through transparent decision-making, clear communication, and collaboration with Engineering and Software teams.
  • Demonstrate proactive ownership through concise updates, solution-led thinking, and confident leadership, maintaining agility and independent problem-solving throughout.
  • Champion strong product behaviours within a collaborative team of established Product Owners.
  • Motivate your peers and cross-functional partners, helping the wider organisation deliver value efficiently and consistently.
  • Apply AI tools and strategies in your day-to day work, using them to support decision making, delivery, and workflow efficiency.
  • Drive growth focused initiatives aligned with the company's 3-5 year plans, thinking strategically about products, processes, and business impact.
  • Encourage and contribute to a culture that avoids blame, stays proactive, and maintains constructive communication with customers even in challenging situations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Owner in a structured delivery environment, with a demonstrable record of achievement.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide both teammates and stakeholders.
  • Confidence in owning complex problem spaces and driving forward clear, actionable solutions, while remaining agile and adaptable.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with Engineering teams, demonstrating solutions oriented collaboration.
  • Commitment to personal and team growth, continuous learning, and reflective practice, with enthusiasm for growth (personal, team, and organisational) and the ability to contribute to medium and long term planning.
  • Hands on approach, comfortable using AI tools and strategies in daily work.
  • Resilience, thick skin, and professionalism in a fast moving and high stakes environment.
  • Ability to balance structured processes and frameworks with independent thinking and creative problem solving.
