About the Team: You'll collaborate closely with the delivery team to prioritise new feature development and address customer feedback and issues. In this role, you'll also mentor cross-functional colleagues, provide informal leadership across the team, and play an active part in interviewing and hiring new product management candidates.

About the role: You will own a product or multiple product features within a complex product, as well as lead product domain strategy and program execution. You will represent product domain(s) to peers, managers and executives across the company and to external audiences and will be seen as a central point for customer understanding.

Responsibilities

• Use data to guide decisions and measure success.

• Lead go-to-market planning and product transitions.

• Manage product lifecycle from concept to release.

• Align product vision with business strategy and ROI.

• Collaborate with technical teams to support development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management and lifecycle ownership.

• Strong customer engagement and strategic planning skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.

• Inclusive leadership and team development.

• Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Degree in a relevant field is welcome but not essential-equivalent experience is valued.
