Job Description

8x8 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the Digital Channels platform (SMS, Email, WhatsApp, WebChat, and more) across the portfolio. You will own strategy, execution, and business metrics for the platform and collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver high-impact AI-powered customer experiences.

You will prototype with Claude and Claude Code, validate ideas with real customers, and iterate rapidly while maintaining compliance and regional expansion.
