Job Description

You will play a critical role in building AI-driven products that solve complex, real-world challenges. This role requires strong ownership, product thinking, and the ability to work closely with technical teams to bring AI solutions into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for AI and data platforms
• Lead product initiatives from concept to launch and scale
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams
• Ensure AI products are interpretable, trusted, and actionable
• Engage with stakeholders to align product direction

Requirements Core Requirements

• Experience delivering AI/data-driven products
• Strong product ownership and decision-making ability
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and defining structure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

Preferred

• Experience within healthcare, lifesciences, or regulated sectors
• Understanding of AI/ML systems and data platforms
• Experience in scaling early-stage products
