We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Size/Fit initiative. This role will develop products to address Size and Fit related issues of Amazon customers, based on customer questions, reviews, and return comments. The role owns the vision and long-term roadmap, driving teams to execute on that vision. Responsibilities include setting the direction for the portfolio of products, defining goals, prioritizing features based on customer value, and preparing launch and go-to-market strategies.
The Senior Product Manager is a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, and is a respected leader within the business. This role requires influencing stakeholder teams to drive alignment, navigating effectively, and developing the team. The role involves articulating complex problems and solutions clearly, exercising good judgment to involve the right leaders, and regularly updating progress. It aligns teams towards clear priorities and advocates for investments in large, complex initiatives, with mechanisms to track progress and report results for long-term success. The leader collaborates across VP-level organizations including Amazon Catalog systems & Services, Customer Experience Teams, Selling Partner Services, and Private Brands to align on shared business priorities.
