What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Senior Product Manager to join the UK Vehicle Payments team (UKVP) in the International Vehicle Payments division of Corpay.

The UKVP team influences the experience of thousands of customers directly, driving product excellence through data driven insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. The team manages fuel card products across Allstar, Keyfuels and The Fuel Card Company, supporting 84% of the top 100 fleets in the UK.

The purpose of this role is to own and evolve our core fuel product proposition, driving commercial performance, customer value, and market competitiveness. As a Senior Product Manager, you will combine deep market understanding, customer insight, and commercial acumen to help transition our product from a fuel card to a fleet expense tool building on our value added services. You will play a critical role in ensuring Corpay maintains and strengthens its leadership position in the UK fleet market.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our core fuel strategy. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, with a focus on revenue growth, margin optimisation, and customer retention within the fleet sector.

You will bring experience from fleet, fuel, or adjacent mobility/payment industries, alongside a proven track record in product management. You will report directly to the UK Director of Product Management and act as a senior voice within the UKVP product organisation.

How We Work

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be expected to work in a flexible office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include performing and/or managing the following:

  • Owning the end to end strategy and performance of Corpay's core fuel products, with clear accountability for commercial outcomes
  • Defining and executing product strategies that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer retention
  • Collaborating with commercial, pricing, and network teams to optimise pricing models and supplier relationships
  • Leading market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth within the fleet fuel space
  • Translate business objectives into clear product roadmaps, prioritising initiatives based on commercial impact and customer value
  • Driving strong execution across the product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery and continuous optimisation
  • Influence and align cross functional teams including technology, operations, sales, and marketing to deliver high impact solutions
  • Use customer insights, behavioural data, and analytics to inform decision making and continuously improve product performance
  • Partner closely with go to market and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning, launches, and adoption
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring clear visibility of product performance and ROI
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring delivery against strategic and financial targets
  • Maintaining high quality product documentation and clear communication across stakeholders at all levels
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning or influencing P&L, pricing, or revenue driving products
  • Experience within fleet, fuel cards, mobility, payments, or a closely related industry is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and deliver complex products that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong analytical capability, with a data driven approach to decision making
  • Experience working in agile environments, with a focus on continuous delivery and iteration
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long term vision and short term delivery
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Resilient and adaptable, comfortable operating in a fast paced and evolving market
