We're looking for a Product Manager in the Rewards space to own and evolve how we make players feel valued across their entire journey. This role sits at the heart of player retention, focusing on how we show our players the "love" even in moments when they "hate" Q.

You will be responsible for defining and delivering reward-driven experiences that deepen engagement, increase loyalty, and drive long-term value. This includes shaping both the emotional and functional sides of rewards, from visible player experiences to the systems that power them behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for a builder-minded Product Manager who embraces modern AI tools and rapid prototyping to test ideas and accelerate product development.

What You Will Do
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for rewards and retention experiences across web and app
  • Define and deliver end-to-end (E2E) reward journeys that make players feel recognised, valued, and motivated to return
  • Build and iterate on gamified reward experiences that enhance engagement across slots, live, and bingo products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on retention goals and deliver impactful initiatives
  • Work closely with engineering and design to develop front-end player experiences, back-end reward engines, and third party integrations
  • Lead the development of operational tools and admin consoles that enable efficient campaign and reward management
  • Use data and experimentation to continuously optimise reward effectiveness and player satisfaction
  • Balance short-term wins with long-term platform thinking to create scalable, flexible reward systems

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a Product Manager role, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or consumer digital products
  • A strong understanding of retention mechanics, player psychology, and engagement strategies
  • Experience working on gamification, loyalty, or rewards systems is a plus
  • Comfortable owning both user-facing experiences and complex backend systems
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decisions and measure success
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align diverse teams around shared goals
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities
