We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Travel Product compliance and controls strategy, whilst also driving improvements in customer satisfaction through insight-led action. You'll be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of travel insurance, ensuring our products meet regulatory standards and deliver fair value to our customers.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work across the business to identify and manage risks, lead customer-focused initiatives, and ensure our products are compliant, safe, and trusted. You'll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team, with opportunities to influence strategic decisions and drive meaningful change.
You'll also provide strategic and operational cover for the Travel Senior Product Manager - Product and Performance, ensuring continuity across key initiatives and decision-making when required.
Main Duties- Lead the delivery of fair value assessments and ensure products meet regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to maintain high standards of governance
- Own and manage the Travel Product risk and controls framework
- Identify and mitigate emerging risks in the Travel Product space
- Monitor and report on product performance and customer outcomes
- Consolidate customer feedback, complaints, and research into actionable insights
- Drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and product understanding
- Represent Travel Product and champion the customer perspective in product decisions and governance forums
- Provide cover and support for the Travel Senior Product Manager - Product and Performance

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in insurance
- Experience in product governance, compliance, or risk management
- Experience using customer insights to inform product improvements and action planning
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Flexibility to step into adjacent product leadership responsibilities, with a strong grasp of performance metrics and product management processes
