Job Description

We are Creditspring, a new way of borrowing that focuses on its members and provides them with safe and efficient short-term financial products.

We're a fast-growing FCA-regulated consumer credit company. We have members, not customers and we take a lot of pride in that!

As one of the UK's only subscription finance company in the market, we truly have a unique value proposition. Our mission is very clear; to improve the financial stability and resilience of our members. We do this through the products we provide, the partnerships we have, and our educational content. We want our members, and everyone in the UK to be able to better manage their finances and steer them away from high-cost, unregulated credit options.
About the role

The Core team is dedicated to improving the user experience across both customer-facing products and the internal tools used to manage members and their loans.

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead this team, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and valuable borrowing experience. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-moving scale-up, where you'll be driving meaningful improvements for members while supporting the core lending business. You'll thrive if you love working with small teams, moving at pace, and balancing impact with pragmatism.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for the member experience and lending operations portfolio.
  • Deliver measurable improvements to both customer journeys and internal operational tools.
  • Balance short-term wins with long-term improvements to maximise member value.
  • Oversee the full product portfolio, driving engagement, adoption, and retention.
  • Make trade-offs and prioritisation decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lead and mentor a small product team, while working closely with design, engineering, compliance, and operations.
  • Use data and insights to guide decisions and build strong investment cases.
  • Ensure your team's work is visible and aligned with Creditspring's company-wide goals.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven product management experience in a B2C scale-up (fintech or regulated environment strongly preferred).
  • Strong track record of delivering customer-facing and internal product improvements.
  • Experience working in lean, fast-moving environments where velocity and outcomes matter more than large-scale process.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive product development and operational processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and balance customer needs with business and regulatory requirements.

Don't meet all the listed requirements? Research shows that women and people of underrepresented groups often don't apply for jobs unless they're 100% qualified. As an equal opportunities employer, we know that diversity is a key part of our teams' successes - so if your experience doesn't fit perfectly but this role excites you, we'd love for you to apply. We're committed to Creditspring being an inclusive environment where employees feel welcomed, valued and listened to; we want you to thrive as your true self.
