Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager will act as a strategic problem solver, identifying high-leverage opportunities to drive customer value and business efficiency. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the role requires autonomy, collaboration, and the ability to deliver impactful solutions in a regulated fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of innovative products that simplify the mortgage process
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company mission and customer needs
• Conduct user and process discovery through shadowing, data analysis, and testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and fast-paced delivery
• Act as the voice of the user, balancing commercial goals with customer outcomes
• Support the development and adoption of AI and automation solutions

Candidate Requirements

• Proven track record in product management, leading complex products from concept to value realisation
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across all levels
• Commercial fluency, with comfort in building impact models (Cost to Serve, Conversion, Customer Value)
• Data fluency and curiosity to discover insights through testing and analysis
• Interest in Tech & AI, with understanding of machine learning and automation applications
• Strategic resilience, able to navigate ambiguity and make tough decisions under pressure
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Customer-centric approach with deep understanding of user needs and behaviours
