Senior Product Manager - Loyalty Messaging Strategy

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Loyalty to own how loyalty value is communicated across the full member journey, from discovery to post-booking. You will define messaging hierarchies, simplify a multi-brand experience, and ensure every touchpoint reflects loyalty value rather than just mechanics.

You will partner with TEaL, XD, and Loyalty Tech to translate a complex program into clear narratives and scalable frameworks, measuring impact and exploring AI-driven enhancements.
