Senior Product Manager - Identity & Onboarding

Zepz is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Greater London to own the signup-to-first-transaction funnel across Sendwave and WorldRemit markets. You will diagnose friction, balance compliance, and manage authentication roadmaps including MFA, OTP delivery, and account recovery journeys.

You will also lead continuous experimentation programs with A/B testing to iterate onboarding flows and establish measurement frameworks that inform product decisions.
